New Garden Project for 2009
Yes it's that time where you start to think about your garden, and now our shed and out-house have gone we are ready for a make-over of our rear garden.
Above is an impression of what it might look like, we are planning a very small patio where the new doors from the dinning room open out on to, this is because that face of the house does not get much sun. At the opposite end of the garden is where the sun trap is, so there we are planning to build a decking area.
Everywhere in between will be grassed, there will be no path to the decking as we don't have a very big lawn, however we do not think there is a need as the decking area will only be used in the summer. The patio will lead to the drive way and the garage.
The impression above was created with Google Sketchup, this is a free 3D modeling package and it took about and hour to make this example. Come back for regular updates and photos.
